Prepare the package

The products need to return in the same conditions they were delivered to you

 

Confirm the return
and shipping

Once confirmed, we will send you further instructions on how to continue the process and we will bring you the informantion necessary to contact the courier

  1. Click on the order you want to return
  2. Select the product(s) and the quantity
  3. Specify the reason for the return
  4. Clicn on “Submit the Request”
  5. Check the email we will sen you with further information on how to continue the process.

Details:

All the returns need to be made no later than 14 working days from the receipt of the products bought on Bottegasenatore.com

it will be our care to refund your money within 5 working days from the receiot of the products you decided to return.

All the returns for purchases made in Italy or EU  zone, Norway, Canada and United States are free (only valid for the first return). You must send the products to the Italian warehouse:

All the returns for puchases made in Switzerland are free (only valid for the first return). Send the products to the Swiss warehouese:

The returns coming from non-European contries are not free, and thereby the customer needs to cover the expenses. Remember to send the products to the Italian warehouse:

In case you want to substitute your product, you need to set up a new order on BottegaSenatore.com. This will allow you to receive your new order as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you could receive the refund first and then order again.
