SOLE CONSTRUCTION Cowhide crafted sole, leather insole. We have made every by hand in our workshop using only the highest-quality materials. The sole is heat-sealed with a very high-level industrial mastic to bring you an exceptional product that you can wear with pride.

LEATHER Our cowhide sole is of an exceptional quality. The vegetable tanning process makes the sole highly durable. The treatment of vegetable products facilitates their conservation and emphasizes their style and classicism. Suede undergoes the same complex process of working with all the other leathers, and is then treated by working the inner part of the animal’s skin to make it soft and delicate. Our suede is a leather that is refined and durable at the same time, resistant to water, bringing you a product of exceptional quality.

COLORS

We process the dying of our leathers in drums.

The skins are immersed in a considerable quantity of water containing the solutions of the natural dye chosen for the leather dyeing. These drums are kept at an optimal temperature to allow the colors agents to penetrate deeply (usually around 50-60 °C), which in addition to the rotary movement of the drum, guarantee a successful dyeing process.
